What started as a two-person operation—founded by former forklift technician Wayne Bates—has grown into a premier material handling leader. Wayne’s deep technical expertise and understanding of customer needs allowed B&H to expand rapidly. By 1996, we opened our Joplin, MO branch to better serve Southwest Missouri, Northeast Oklahoma, and Southeast Kansas.

A Family Legacy Today, B&H Industrial Service remains a proud, family-owned company led by Bart and David Bates. Our reach now extends across Southern Missouri and into Arkansas, Kansas, and Oklahoma. While our footprint has grown, our values haven’t changed.
