Constant contact is maintained with the floor even when traveling over cracks, expansion joints, or uneven floors. This leads to a smoother ride for operators. The simple snap ring removal allows for quick and easy removal/replacement of load wheels when necessary.
The spacious platform offers a four-point stance, and the handle provides a secure grab point, increasing operator confidence. The LCD dash display provides diagnostics with a drive wheel indicator, keeping operators informed of truck operation. The electronic power steering with auto-centering provides quiet, responsive, low-effort operation and ensures the steer wheel is in the proper direction at key on.
The lift cylinders, chains, and hoses are all mounted within the rail profile, providing maximum visibility for the operator. The hydraulic cushioning valve has silent staging, reducing shock and vibration. The carriage has 8 rail rollers 4 side thrust rollers to maximize load distribution and reduce free play.
The operation of the OSX is fully customizable by trained mechanics, setting acceleration rate and travel speeds.
The 24V battery in the OSX offers excellent performance and run time, while the 36V allows for quicker lift speeds and a more responsive acceleration. The enhanced performance of these batteries improves productivity while reducing energy consumption.
The width of the pallet clamp allows for a wide range of pallet stringer widths. Unlike other units on the market that require the choice of one size clamp or the other, the OSX standard clamp will handle stringers up to 5” wide for increased flexibility and convenient, efficient pallet handling.
