Dash Display

The microprocessor on the C15C series dash monitors the truck condition and controls the function of truck systems. Additionally, it controls neutral starting and prevents cranking while the engine is running. The LCD dash displays an hour meter and maintenance intervals, keeping your operators informed of truck performance. Additional LED lights on the dash display indicate transmission temperature, engine oil pressure, alternator charge, fuel system malfunction, maintenance required, and more.

Upright & Carriage

The Nested I-beam mast design provides greater visibility and durability by allowing space for cylinders, hoses, and chains to be tucked out of the way of the operator’s view. The hydraulic cushioning valve on the C15C series has silent staging, which reduces shock and vibration, adding stability to the operation of the truck. The carriage on the C15C series has 6 rollers to maximize load distribution and reduce free play. All of this combines to make the C15C series the most durable and reliable forklift in your fleet.

Operator Compartment

The operator compartment on the C15C series has a fully adjustable, full suspension seat which is molded for optimal operator comfort. The steering wheel has a tilting feature that allows for easy entry/exit and is adjustable based on the preferences of the operator. The cowl-mounted hydraulic controls are ergonomically designed to provide an easy, strain-free operation. And, the thick molded floor mat reduces vibration and noise level to improve overall operator comfort.

High-Performance Hyundai Theta LPG Engine

You need an engine you can count on, which is why the C15C series comes standard with the Hyundai Theta LPG engine, a highly durable and reliable engine. The 4-cylinder, dual overhead cam engine produces 52 HP and 114 ft-lbs of torque @ 1500 rpm for superior performance. The internal, self-lubricating chain-driven cams and automatic chain tensioner provide long-life and protection from debris.

Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system uses a load-sensing flow control valve to reduce heat build up, ensuring your engine can run at maximum capacity. The sectional design of the engine allows for the easy addition of extra functions and simplifies service.

Frame

The heavy duty, welded & formed steel plate protects from impact damage and extends the life of the truck. An integral hydraulic sump, with remote breather provides cooling for hydraulics in tough applications. These features combine to ensure the durability of your C15C series forklift.

Steering Axle

The field-tested steering axle on the C15C series is designed with a rugged “double sheer” design to withstand impact without loosening or breaking. The simple, double-ended cylinder design provides additional steering force, which makes maneuvering the C15C simple.
